Maintenance & Warranty
GUARANTEE
All our GG Luxe watches come with a 2-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship, exclusively on the watch movement.
REPAIRS
In the event of a malfunction of the movement during the warranty period, GG Luxe will take care of the repair or replacement of the defective part.
WATCH MAINTENANCE
To preserve the brilliance and precision of your GG Luxe watch:
- Clean it regularly with a soft, dry cloth.
- Avoid contact with hot water, salt, perfumes or chemicals.
- Store it in its case when you are not wearing it.
RETURNS
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unworn item and receive a full refund, in accordance with our returns policy.
