Can I modify or cancel my order?

At GG Luxe, once your order is confirmed, we unfortunately cannot modify or cancel it due to logistical reasons. If you would like a different item, you will need to return your order for a refund and then place a new order with the desired product.

Can I change the delivery or billing address?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipping or billing address once an order has been placed. We recommend contacting the carrier directly via the shipping notification email to request an address change. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days in mainland France and 5–7 days in Europe.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt for a return or exchange.
Products must be new, unworn , and in their original packaging .

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to request an exchange.

Items must be returned new, unworn, in their original packaging with tags .

Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The exchange will be processed upon receipt and inspection of your package at our premises in Paris, subject to availability of the requested model.

What are your products made of?

Our watches and jewelry are made of stainless steel , which is durable and suitable for sensitive skin.
The watches also benefit from an Ion Plating (IP) coating , which is more durable than conventional plating.

Are your products water-resistant?

Yes, they are splash-resistant and designed for everyday use. However, avoid prolonged baths.
