RETURNS POLICY
Return period
In accordance with the applicable legal provisions (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.
Eligibility requirements
For the return to be accepted, the items must meet the following conditions:

to be in perfect condition

not to have been worn or damaged,

items must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all their accessories (case, certificate, etc.).
Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, namely:

personalized products,

Earrings and piercings, for hygiene reasons .
Return procedure
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service at contact@ggluxewatch.com , indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your request has been validated by our team, you will receive instructions and the return address.

You will then have an additional 14 days to return the items in question.
⚠️ Returns not reported beforehand by email cannot be accepted.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer . We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure you receive your package.
Processing times
After receiving your package and verifying the condition of the returned items:

A refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days .

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
In the event of any non-conformity (damaged, worn or incomplete item), GG Luxe reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
Refund
Refunds are granted only if the returned items strictly comply with the return conditions.

They are credited exclusively to the payment method used when placing the order .

No refunds in cash, credit notes or external bank transfers will be issued.

The refund processing takes 7 to 10 business days after the return has been validated.
