Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Orders are prepared within 24 business hours.

  • Average delivery times are:

    • Metropolitan France: 2 to 3 business days,

    • Europe: 5 to 7 business days.

⚠️ These times are indicative and may vary in cases of force majeure, periods of high activity (sales, holidays, etc.) or delays related to the carrier.


Origin of shipments

All orders are shipped from our workshops located in Paris (France).


Shipping costs

To a pick-up point:

  • Metropolitan France: €4.99

  • Free delivery from €65 purchase in Metropolitan France

Home delivery:

  • Metropolitan France: €6.95

  • Europe (excluding Luxembourg, France & Belgium): €9.99

Exact costs are calculated and indicated during order validation.


Order tracking

Each shipped order is accompanied by a tracking number sent by email, allowing real-time tracking of the shipment.


Receipt of packages

The customer is invited to check the condition of the package and products upon receipt.
In case of damage or anomaly (open package, missing or damaged product), it is recommended to:

  1. make a reservation immediately with the carrier,

  2. inform our customer service at contact@ggluxewatch.com within 48 hours of receipt.


General delivery information

  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address during their order. GG Luxe cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If additional information is needed for delivery, we will contact the customer by email. This may result in a delivery delay.

  • We make every effort to deliver orders within the indicated timeframe. In case of delay or inability to deliver, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

  • If the customer receives a product they did not order, they must inform GG Luxe within 24 hours of receipt at contact@ggluxewatch.com to receive the necessary instructions.

  • If a product is received damaged or incomplete, the customer must contact GG Luxe within 24 hours of receipt via contact@ggluxewatch.com before any return. Any return made without prior agreement from customer service cannot lead to reimbursement of incurred costs.

  • In case of package loss by the carrier, or if the customer declares not having received the order despite tracking indicating otherwise, an investigation will be opened with the carrier. No solution (refund or reshipment) can be offered until this investigation is closed.

  • If the order has still not been delivered 14 days after the shipping date, the customer must inform GG Luxe within a maximum of 14 additional days (i.e., within 28 days of shipment). After this period, no claim can be accepted.
